Alongside revealing a short teaser, Netflix has announced that the sixth and final season of The Crown will be released in two parts, with the first four episodes arriving on November 16 and the last six following on December 14.
The teaser, which you can see below, quickly runs through the different parts of Queen Elizabeth's life and the actresses that helped bring her to life in this show, including Claire Foy, Olivia Colman, and Imelda Staunton. Netflix also shared what fans can expect from both Part 1 and Part 2 of The Crown.

Staunton will once again play Queen Elizabeth II and she will be joined by Elizabeth Debicki's Princess Diana, Dominic West's Prince Charles, Jonathan Pryce's Prince Philip, Lesley Manville's Princess Margaret, Salim Daw's Mohamed Al Fayed, Khalid Abdalla's Dodi Fayed, Rufus Kampa's Prince William, and Fflyn Edwards' Prince Harry.
The Crown's final season will cover the time period between 1997 and 2005, and the first part will "depict a relationship blossoming between Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed before a fateful car journey has devastating consequences."
The final episodes will see Prince William trying to "integrate back into life at Eton in the wake of his mother's death as the monarchy has to ride the public opinion."
Additionally, "as she reaches her Golden Jubilee, the Queen reflects on the future of the monarchy with the marriage of Charles and Camilla and the beginnings of a new Royal fairytale in William and Kate."

In Part 2, Ed McVey and Luther Ford will take on the roles of Prince William and Prince Harry, respectively, and Meg Bellamy will debut as Kate Middleton.
