October 2024: 4K and Blu-ray Releases

October is shaping up to be a banger of a month for home releases. First there's the month's most enormously huge release in Deadpool & Wolverine on October 22, featuring two unique collectible Steelbooks to choose from. There's the Netflix mega-hit Arcane, which was so good we gave it a 10/10 in the IGN review. There's also the first season of Castlevania: Nocturne, which got a 9/10 in our review. And that's just scratching the surface.

The home release of the second season of House of the Dragon comes out in November, bringing the Game of Thrones prequel series to the half-way point. Also out this month are a whole bunch of classics in 4K, including Blazing Saddles, North by Northwest, Terminator, Gadiator, Labyrinth, and more. We even get some killer Criterion releases like Scarface, Seven Samurai, and The Shape of Water.
