Warning: The below contains full spoilers for Ahsoka Episode 6, which is now streaming on Disney+.
Ahsoka Episode 6 seemingly included a meta-joke about the Star Wars trilogies, and some fans are getting a real kick out of it while others are debating whether it is the correct interpretation of the dialogue.
The sixth episode of Ahsoka, titled "Far, Far Away", featured a milestone moment and the introduction of a whole new galaxy, so some viewers may not have picked up on some smirk-inducing dialogue between Ahsoka Tano and her droid companion Huyang, but it became a topic of much debate for others.
During their "intergalactic trip within a star whale" (aka Purrgil), Ahsoka and Huyang fondly reminisce about the stories shared with younglings at the Jedi Temple. "History of the galaxy, Parts One, Two, and Three", the droid recalls, to which Ahsoka quickly and definitively replies: "One being the best, of course".
The Star Wars saga, also referred to as the Skywalker saga, comprises nine episodes structured into three trilogies: the prequels, the originals, and the sequels, which have long been a topic of debate amongst fans. Since the prequels come first chronologically, many took Ahsoka's shout-out to "one" as the prequel trilogy.

Was this Dave Filoni’s way of telling us that he thinks the Prequels are the best of the 3 Star Wars trilogies? #StarWars #Ahsoka pic.twitter.com/2YePVYulFZ

Prequel fam riiise 🤌🤌🤌 https://t.co/NGDs6qXYVK
As a big prequels fan I will take this highly interpretive line of dialogue and use it as empirical fact in future debates

At the beginning of the episode, Huyang mentions three stories he knows, probably pointing to each trilogy. Ahsoka’s favorite was the first because her story began in the prequels

Huyang: "History of The Galaxy. Parts One, Two, and Three."

Ahsoka: "One being the best of course."
I'm choosing to read this as Dave's sly meta way of saying that the prequels are "the best of course."
Others, however, interpreted the conversation slightly differently and pointed out that it perhaps makes more sense as a reference to the Old Republic since the events of the Ahsoka series take place before "Part 3" (the sequels, if viewed as such), meaning they could not be up for consideration at this point in time.
Friendly reminder that on this time the sequels had not happened yet.

So probably it speaks about high republic / clone wars / imperial era
Now this was an obvious tongue in cheek reference to the Star Wars trilogies but in universe it couldn't possibly be. The sequel trilogy hasn't happened yet. I immediately assumed this was a reference to the old republic

Casual star wars fans really thinking he's referring to the trilogies?

Part 1, would be the Old Republic era. Which Ashoka is right, it's the best part.
History of the Galaxy. "1 being the best"

1. Could be High Republic.
And given the Night Sisters lived there before they came to Dathomir but still know of Jedi, we are talking early High Republic or Old Republic/Dawn of the Jedi (for all us Legends Non Canon fans). pic.twitter.com/3kIhMpIGiR
I honestly thought it was an homage to the Old Republic

If you would like to weigh in on the debate, you might need to watch this week's installment again (and it's certainly worthy of repeat viewings). IGN called Ahsoka Episode 6 an "amazing" chapter, noting that it offers "villainous plots with a side of cute critters" as "the action moves to a new galaxy far, far away".
