While we still don't have an official release date beyond a reconfirmed Fall 2023 window, Attack on Titan Final Season The Final Chapters Special 2 did receive a brand-new trailer that gives a glimpse into the end of the beloved anime.
The trailer, which you can see below, isn't the longest, but it carries with it the intensity we expect from Attack on Titan and will hopefully make the wait for Fall 2023 just a little bit easier. If you aren't caught up yet on the series, this official synopsis will hopefully give you an idea of what's happening in the anime that first began in 2013.
"The fate of the world hangs in the balance as Eren unleashes the ultimate power of the Titans," The official description reads. "With a burning determination to eliminate all who threaten Eldia, he leads an unstoppable army of Colossal Titans towards Marley. Now a motley crew of his former comrades and enemies scramble to halt his deadly mission, the only question is, can they stop him?"

Attack on Titan The Final Season The Final Chapters Special 1 was released in March 2023 and we called it a masterpiece. In our review, we said, "Attack on Titan returns with the penultimate part of its final season to remind us why this anime became the global sensation it is. The animation, story, themes, emotions, and the characters all reach their highest potential."
We were also treated to a new poster, and it seems to feature a beautiful scene of a cabin in the mountains, but that all changes when you realize what the shadows in the image are hiding.
