Amazon has leaked the Google Pixel Tablet just days ahead of the Google I/O 2023 keynote, seemingly revealing the price and specs of the Apple iPad competitor.
As reported by Android Central, the Pixel Tablet was listed on Amazon Japan before being swiftly removed, but not before revealing an ¥80,000 price point (around $590) and a June 20 release date.
These details aren't official, of course, and won't be until Google says so itself, though the full reveal will likely take place at the tech giant's annual I/O keynote that takes place on May 10.
According to the Amazon listing, however, the tablet will feature a 10.95 inch LCD display with 2560x1600 resolution and a maximum brightness of 500 nits. All of this will seemingly be powered by Google's Tensor G2, with 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of storage depending on the model.
The tablet also looks to include forward and rear-facing cameras (both at eight megapixels), Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, and a 26Wh battery (providing around 12 hours of usage).
Though we'll likely get confirmation of all these details and more on the Pixel Tablet soon, it's the first we've really heard about the device since it was announced at last year's Google I/O.
As for what else tech fans can expect at this year's event, Google has already teased that its first foldable device, the aptly named Pixel Fold, will be getting a full reveal.
