Transformers Rise of the Beasts: Hasbro Reveals New Toy Line

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is coming to theaters this June, and in preparation of the film's upcoming release, Hasbro has unveiled a new line of Transformers toys to go along with the movie.

Four new types of Beast Alliance toys will hit store shelves on April 10, including the Battle Changers, Beast Weaponizers, Beast Combiners, and Beast Battle Masters. The different lines of toys will run from an approximate retail price of $5.99 to $19.99.

The featured characters include returning favorites like Optimus Prime and Bumblebee, and new characters like the strong Maximal warrior Rhinox, who converts to Rhino mode to charge into combat. You can take a look at the entire new line of toys in the gallery below.

The Battle Masters transform into weapons, while the Combiners can be put together to create one larger Transformer. The Weaponizers have weapons that can be transformed into sidekick animals, while finally, the Battle Changers turn into the classic Transformers vehicles (and in this case, animals) you'd expect. Other featured characters include Optimus Primal, Arrowstripe, Chainclaw, Snarlsaber, Arcee, Silverfang, Cheetor, and Skullcruncher.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts introduces three new types of robot warriors: the Maximals, Predacons, and Terrorcons. The new foes will be added to the existing battle on Earth between Autobots and Decepticons. In the film's first trailer, we got a look at the gorilla-inspired Optimus Primal, Airazor, Rhinox, and Cheetor.
